421 Sunfish

Built in 1968 by Houston architect Adrian Flake for his vacation residency in Lakeway and now owned by Houston resident John Dryer.  This unique "treehouse" design home is a wonderful example of the uniqueness of Lakeway 300 architecture.  John is  updating the home,  while carefully protecting the key exterior original design elements of Adrian Flake's design.
